Gould Farm

Monterey, MA

Developed around the Gould Farm model of community and shared living, this little village will be nestled on the Farm’s property, located on Curtis Road, just off Route 23 in Monterey. The project will provide permanent supportive housing for people who have participated in the residential program at Gould Farm, as well as housing for Gould Farm staff and other income eligible candidates, dedicated to shared life together in a healing community.

The early conceptual planning for the project is currently underway with a proposal for 15 to 20 rental units with a shared communal area for meals, visitors, and laundry. The units will be walking distance to the Main campus of Gould Farm where they can participate and enjoy the support and community of Gould Farm and its therapeutic wealth and services, which facilitate recovery and maintain a good quality of life.
