Forest Springs
Great Barrington, MA

As Development Consultant to Construct Inc, CDCSB helped transform a vacant asphalt lot into a vibrant 11-family community in a residential Great Barrington neighborhood.
Construct bought the property in 2012, recognizing the tremendous potential in a site with access to public transportation and utilities, and great outdoor recreation opportunities – all in a beautiful residential neighborhood with a great school district. We were pleased to work with Studio One Architects who have brought to life many thoughtful and attractive affordable housing projects. Forest Springs opened its doors to tenants in April 2018.
