As Development Consultant to Construct Inc, the CDC is working to transform a vacant asphalt lot into a vibrant 11-family community in a residential Great Barrington neighborhood.

Construct bought the property in 2012, recognizing the tremendous potential in a site with access to public transportation and utilities, and great outdoor recreation opportunities - all in a beautiful residential neighborhood with a great school district. We are excited to work with Studio One Architects who have brought to life many thoughtful and attractive affordable housing projects.
