Amazing Turnout for Dinner and a Movie Event!

The screening of One Big Home was so successful that we were sorry to turn away people once the theater was full! It was also a success because so many people in our community turned out to engage in a discussion addressing the vital need for low-moderate income housing and jobs in the southern Berkshires.
Following the screening, filmmaker, Thomas Bena, and CDCSB Executive Director, Tim Geller led a question, answer and discussion session that covered many important topics relating to how we build homes in the southern Berkshires so that everyone can live where they work. This is the core mission of the CDCSB. “I really enjoyed the conversation following the film and felt that the audience was so ‘on board’ with the message. I was thrilled of course, to see so many people come out for it!” said Tom Bena.
