Community Development Corporation of South Berkshire (CDCSB), a 501(c)3 nonprofit, relies on donations from our community to help fulfill its mission to create affordable housing and economic opportunities for low- and moderate-income households in the southern Berkshires.

Giving to CDCSB ensures that our friends and neighbors will have an opportunity to enjoy a safe, healthy, and affordable place to live, and small business-owners and entrepreneurs will thrive.

We couldn’t be more proud of what the Community Development Corporation of South Berkshire has accomplished in 2022.

With our small but fiercely dedicated team, we make a big difference in our community–through our programs and through our funding streams that support both housing development and local businesses.

CDCSB does a lot with a little. MORE THAN 40 local small businesses and entrepreneurs helped through our Small Businesses Assistance Program. IN 2021, WE UNVEILED 45 new affordable housing units at Bentley Apartments. IN 2022. WE BROKE GROUND ON 49 additional affordable housing units at Windrush Commons on South Main Street in Great Barrington

Your support is essential to our success and to the success of your friends and neighbors.
