Creating housing and economic opportunity

Affordable Housing

We develop affordable housing that allows people to live and work in the same community.

Economic Prosperity

We stimulate regional job creation by supporting local business expansion and new business creation.

Community Outreach

Much of our work focuses on fostering partnerships with other nonprofits on development projects as well as in creating events, raising funds, and providing financial education workshops.
